Define the requested item beyond its catalog name

Product names help route the inquiry; they do not establish inventory, an approved model or a finished specification. Ask for frame and shaft construction separately, state whether the racket is strung, and give the grip size and requested artwork. Finished weight in g should identify which strings or wrapping are included.

List quantities by variant using pieces or sets. If one set includes two rackets and a cover, record that count explicitly before requesting prices. Set contents, pack ratio, individual protection, carton dimensions and gross weight need supplier confirmation for the actual order configuration.

For a club brief, consider spare grommets and replaceable grips. For a retail brief, identify decoration placement and individual packaging requirements. A higher stated string tension is not proof of suitability for a player group; review the proposed frame limit and sample conditions.
